Epicanthoplasty revision

| Dear Dr. Kwon,
I had epicanthoplasty reversal done to correct a fierce look after epicanthoplasty in 2009. I am very happy with the results except for a mild degree of asymmetry.
I will like to perform a very mild epicanthoplasty on the side that is over-corrected. I think 0.5mm is enough (I cannot take more than that).
The reversal was done with a z-plasty method. The first epicanthoplasty is done with a magic method.
I am wondering if you are able to perform a mild epicanthoplasty on my left eye by 0.5mm so it's a bit more symmetrical but still cute/round and Chinese looking?
I also had revision eyelid surgery to correct ptosis and bring down overly high creases. It was done on 11 Dec. I love the result after 1 month but now the eyelid droop to become single again. Can Vivid eyelid surgery help?
I can send pictures. I have seen you before for epicanthoplasty reversal consult in 2009.
