I am thinking about the height of the eyelids i want. Here are a few questions:
1) Can anyone choose high size lid if they chooses to? or are there some constraints anatomaically where one cannot choose a high size lid?
2) Will choosing a high a lid causes a lot of constraint or tension around the forehead?
3) Will a high eyelid causes frontal bossing due to the increase tension around the frontal forehead area?

Answers for your questions are
1) Can anyone choose high size lid if they chooses to? or are there some constraints anatomaically where one cannot choose a high size lid? Yes, there are some limitations related to anatomical differences of individuals. So the height cannot be chosen as you want all the time.
2) Will choosing a high a lid causes a lot of constraint or tension around the forehead? No.
3) Will a high eyelid causes frontal bossing due to the increase tension around the frontal forehead area? No.
