hi i would like to enquire about partial incision and epicanthoplasty

Does the partial incision technique for double eyelids last permanently like the full incision? or is it only able to stay non-permanently like the buried suture method? 

Also is partial incision able to create a medium crease that looks natural while eyes look slightly bigger?

If i dont have eyes that slant down will i be eligible for the partial incision? 

For epicanthoplasty:

is it able to lift the slant inner corners of the eyes (because i have hidden lids which are visible only at the ends), 

but at the same time not make the eyes too close to each other?

Does it pull the eye closer by alot? (because i dont think it would look good on me if it did) 

What is the healing time for epi? 
( the scars would be able to be covered by concealer) &
(scars unseen without concealer)
