If four tiny cuts are made and if no fat is removed, how does the double eyelid last? I thought it will last only when fat is removed.

 

-> When encapsulated orbital fat droops down and covers the lid skin too much, removal of fat is helpful for the formation of double  eyelid crease and decreases puffiness of eyelids. (How do you know that we make four incisions anyway????)   

 

 

What will happen if the suture drop or loosen with time?

For full incision, how is the recovery compared to partial incision? 

-> Partial incision is faster.

For full incision, is it only fat that is removed or also muscle?

-> Muscles are definitely incisized, but the fat is not always subject to be removed.
