Without seeing your photos, I cannot give you definite answers about your enquires.

When the outer part of eyelid is droopy, then just simple procedures like skin excision or subbrow excision will help.

However, if your actual outer corner( lateral canthus) is positioned low, then there is no such surgery that the corner can be lifted. Although you mentioned that you had zygoma surgery, I don't think it is related. Temporal lift is different from subbrow excision. We recommend at least 7-8 days of staying after surgery.
